Spiral Binding Wire

We sell spiral binding wire for the paper converting (notebooks) and comb forming industries (Print On Demand, Bind On Demand). Commonly, Double loop combs and continuous spirals are used for this wire. We coat these wires either with tin or nylon. They come in a wide variety of colors as well.

Bag Closure Wire

Highest quality wire, available in 15, 16, 17 & 18 Gauge. Lower tensile wire. Commonly used for closing bags of produce (potatoes, apples) and ice.

Tag Wire

Highest quality wire, available in 21, 23, 26, 30 Gauge. Dead Soft Wires in stock, available on 40LB spools.

Patented hard drawn, surface coated (coppered, brass coated, galvanised), oil tempered in plain carbon and alloy steels (CrSi, CrV, CrSiV)

For: Car industry applications e.g. clutch and engine valve springs, oil seal springs, ski bindings, cutting wire, armouring wire and music strings.

SHAPED WIRE

Rolled or drawn, uncoated/coated (coppered, brass coated, galvanised) Oil tempered; In plain carbon and alloy steels (CrSi, CrV, CrSiV)

For: Bowden cables, furniture fittings, archimedean screws, circlips, piston rings, die springs.

WELDING WIRE (MIG/MAG wire)

Unalloyed and alloyed

For: Ship building, machine construction vessel, railway and automotive applications.
